  6. This version of Landscape Explorer is sold subject to the following agreement :-

  9.          WoolleySoft - Software License Agreement

  13. Woolleysoft grants you a license to: (a) use the program Landscape Explorer.exe 
  14. on a single machine; (b) copy the program Landscape Explorer.exe into any machine 
  15. readable form for backup purposes in support of your use of the program Landscape 
  16. Explorer.exe on the single machine.  All other programs and files on this disk are 
  17. public domain and may be copied and distributed without restriction.

  20. Limited Warranty

  22. Except for the limited warranty set forth in the next paragraph, the program is 
  23. provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, 
  24. including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and 
  25. fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality and 
  26. performance of the program is with you.  WoolleySoft does not warrant that
  27. the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or that the 
  28. operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free.

  30. WoolleySoft warrants to the original licensee that the diskette on which the 
  31. software program is recorded is free from defects in material and workmanship 
  32. under normal use and service for a period of 60 days from the delivery date.  
  33. Your exclusive remedy is replacement of the defective diskette provided you 
  34. return it to WoolleySoft.

  36. In no event will WoolleySoft be liable to you for any damages, including any 
  37. lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising 
  38. out of the use or inability to use the software, or for any claim by any other 
  39. party.

  41. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer the license to the software without 
  42. the express permission of WoolleySoft.
